I live in a little town called Swansea and it is 9 miles north of North, SC...(You notice how I put the comma in between North and SC...)

Hey Ron. When you're on youtube looking at a video, scroll down below the video area and depress the Share button. An area will open up containing an Embed button. Depress that.
Code like this:
"iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/E1NsC98xVN0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen/iframe
will be highlighted in blue. This should be copied into the message area of your new post.
FYI, if you look a little lower you'll also see that you can select the size video to be displayed.
