Crash pic's - only in Durban!!!!

Got this email today and thought you'd enjoy a laugh...:-)

"Pictures of accident on St Johns Bridge on Thursday.
The ambulance driver wouldn’t let the female paramedic out of the ambulance because she couldn’t stop laughing, he said it wasn’t professional.
The people in the blue car had the 25 litre bucket of paint on the back seat."

I saw something very similar one night on a highway through a heavily wooded area where moose were common.

Two guys in an Oldsmobile had hit a moose as it was crossing the road, and just before the impact, the moose had tried to jump to avoid it. The result was that the windshield and front edge of the car's roof had struck the moose right in the gut, and pretty-well cleaned it right there. The liver landed in the passenger's lap, which probably kept him from hitting the dash.

When I came along, there was no sign of the moose, which had landed in the ditch, but the two guys were staggering around in the middle of the highway, covered in
blood from head to toe, and there was a big streak of blood along the white center line on the road.

I'd had a few down the road a few miles earlier on, and I suspect they did too. As I came up to one of them, I rolled down my window and said, "Do me a favor?" and he asked, "What?" and I said, "Lay down, Man - you're dead already!" He said, "No I'm not! We hit a moose, and this isn't my blood." I said, "It is now - the moose is in no condition to take it back - can I do anything to help?" He said, "No, thanks - we've already sent for help and it should be along soon, but thanks for stopping."

I was sure glad they didn't ask for a ride to the next town.

Ray You kill me...

I can't stop laughing...

Since we're trading freak accidents...I'll tell you mine...Back in the 70's I was driving home late one night in town and there was a VW Bug a few car lengths ahead of me...He must have had few too many also because when he made a left turn a little too wide, his right wheels struck a curb and tipped him over on his left side...I pulled over to see if he was hurt...and he pops out of the right door and climbs down and proceeds to try and lift his Bug back up on its wheels...So I got out of my car and went to help him...sure enough we got her back up straight again...There was glass everywhere on the street...So he thanks me and jumps back in his car and away he went...

I always wondered what he told his wife in the morning...
